Gabriella Anouk's #SLIMESERIES

Hyperrealist artist Gabriella Anouk is certainly not an amateur when it comes to art. Having explored and developed her creativity across several digital platforms, Anouk has finally unveiled a new, amazing series of paintings and, my what an artistic treat they are.

Entitled the ‘Slime Series’, Gabriella showcases her amazing artistic skill in this new expressive series.

Drawn in 2021, Anouk used pencil techniques which required hundreds of hours of dedicated time to complete each piece.

Inspired by surrealist artist Salvador Dali, for the ‘Slime Series’ Anouk explored the creation of striking and bizarre images that border on absurdism.

The ‘Slime Series’ is comprised of seven different paintings, each with their own unique title. These being: ‘Avocado Dali’, ‘Aubergine Fetish’, ‘Dragonfruit Heart’, ‘Artichoke Pink’, ‘Banana Blue’ and last but not least ‘Pomegranate Amour’.

These extraordinary paintings are currently being exhibited at Soho’s House Of Saint Barnabas, an arts and cultural space that houses stunning exhibitions all year round.

The House of St Barnabas is committed to nurturing talent and invites artists, galleries and curators to either permanently donate or loan works to their club and show a range of work, so it is no surprise they have invited the up-and-coming Gabriella Anouk to showcase her amazing creations this year.
